Professor Eddwin Meyers of Chicago’s Atelier Alternative has been a major influence upon his artistic development. Mr. Gillis’ work appears in collections around the globe. He has frequently exhibited in museums and galleries in both Chicago and New York. Magazines in which his work has appeared include Dogwood Journal, BLN, and Bakery of the Poets.
